From the Fool Boards re: NY Post article

This report is simply a rehash of the manipulation/warrant viewpoint. Is the reporter
a patent lawyer who understands the issues here? He did not state his credentials and I
am unfamilair with Mr. John Dizard's background. He makes his negative case and
then states that the company did not return his calls but I'm sure the reporter knows
it's company policy not to comment on market activity which certainly would have
been the point of the
calls as every reporter lives for a scoop. Furthermore, do you think with this
company in the SEC's headlights now they would be taking any chances by skirting
the law?

There have been reports that are in 180 degree disagreement with this reporters view
who say the company (patents, software i.e. "intellectual property") may be worth
north of $40/share (a 60% premium to Fri. close of $25) and recent reports that there
are talks in progress. Only the key players and a few in their sphere know the truth;
key company management, any potential suitor's, retained investment bankers,
retained and otherwise
knowledgeable patent lawyers and likely their spouses and other "leaked-to"
individuals. Until there is more news, the Market Makers are in charge. Trading here
at key $25 support, the stock is high risk/high reward and not for the novice investor.
Better to find a good regional bank issue that is ripe for a merger and sit as IMO you
can "bank" on the consolidation trend in the sector continuing. BTW, no position but
watching for an opportunity.
