Kerry, Yeah, I've heard of them. The dividend is nice and high because there really is no growth and little capital spending in that business. Three Mile Island and Chernobyl have scared the timid. The truth is, nuclear power is safe if you build the plants well, which the Russians did not know how to do and Americans, with our 80,000 public utilities, won't spend the money to do. The Frogs, on the other hand, haven't had any trouble, though it would be hard to tell if a Frenchman had been genetically mutated. <G>
So, I see this one as a utility with more risk and some possible explosive upside should the nukes come back in vogue. That's o.k., but nothing to write home about.
