Charles,
This will be my last post today because this makes no. 3, you can get my phone number and e-mail from our good friend Chuck Marshall.
I will be speaking with John Yellich very shortly now and i will make use of this initial conversation to get all of the information i can that will help us to put together our proposal, I believe we need to make sure that we have some control over the payoff and we need to be able to make sure that the main objective will be to return IPM to the NASDAQ bulletin board and then to complete a commercial recovery as soon as possibly.I think we need to put together our proposal as quickly as possible, but we don't want to rush in blindly either.
Post anything that you believe would be important for me to find out from Yellich and i will wait your post before i call.
I wouldn't be too concerned about some out there that try to through cold water,those kind are always around and some out there would still like to see IPM fail, and their reason will be brought out in the future. We can make this happen if we work together, I have been working closely with IPM since 1996 and I believe they will cooperate with us on this venture, they have about two weeks or less to present something to the courts and i am sure we can work something. I will watch for your next post.
