I agree with you EBT is the icing on the cake...the item that will make this baby a winner...the problem is is that revenue from this item ..and I mean serious revenue is still a ways away. I don't know what to think right now. I have a feeling there were a lot of people like me on friday that went along with no knowledge of this at all. Over the weekend most if not all have seen the news.....what are they going to do. This is a small stock with a small float and volume...and if there is a push to sell...I don't care who is buying theoretically we could see a one point drop from where we are. Now the problem is it is going to move on monday...but which way is it going to move.
After further review...I am afraid that the Bestbank deal is numbered. If someone takes it over and issues their cards as replacements to Best Banks..then the deal is dead. I had this happen to some cards of mine and they were transferred over to another bank....no big deal..to the consumer...possibly big deal to CLCK.
Remember they have two other companies besides FICI now. Did Berwynn have any dealings with Best Bank. They were both Baetz and Gallant companies and so they might have both had agreements with BestBank.
Does anyone know if this will have an effect on Berwynn and on the recent acquisitions.
One thing is for sure...Monday will be interesting.
