Addi,

I think that what you saw on Yahoo! (if it's the same thing that I saw) was that Van Oppen acquired 242 shares recently (perhaps through a stock option exercise or something). According to the information I get off of DLJ Direct, Van Oppen has not sold any shares for at least 1 1/2 years and does own 80,000+ shares (can't remember the exact number I quoted a few messages ago). Since the research service that DLJ Direct provides shows both insider trades AND holdings, the fact that the two are in sync leads to me believe that Van Oppen really does own 80,000+ shares.

Perhaps the stock will be dead money for some time, but I wouldn't be a seller at this point. The EMass purchase, the deal with Dell, the stock trading for 1.5 times book value (excluding EMass financials) and .75 times trailing revenues (including EMass financials), and the fact that library revenues will still be up 30%-40% fir the quarter are all nice positives that are masked by the fact that stand-alones had a terrible quarter. I'm still undecided as to whether I will purchase more, but I think that it should be considered.

Jeff
