I am also a Compact Connection Dealer of 2 years. The documents that have been posted are true. Not only did CCI not deliver CD's in a timely manner and make it impossible/unethical to do business but they never sent me all the product I paid for. I have been trying to recover my investment (per a contract) for over a year and several promised later from Mr. Piercy it is evident he does not intend to pay. There are already some court judgements against him but he is hiding his assets. Why do you think he just formed DP Enterprises and moved to Nevada. This is so he can collect $$ from TSIG and protect it from the courts. Several dealers have calls into TSIG and they have been most responsive but to date refuse to take responsibility for what has happened to CCI dealers. My intent here is not to bash your stock but to get the word out to other dealers so they come forward also. This is supposed to be a message board where people "freely" share knowledge about a company and its dealings and that's what we are doing. People don't write the letters you have seen posted for the fun of it. If you don't believe that dealers have been de-frauded then just call TSIG. I'm sure they will confirm.
