Thanks J.T. , I guess the bottom line is "ITS THE SHAREHOLDERS FAULT",Shareholders approve option repricing and stock option plans and all the other things that go on, what I don't understand is why. Is it apathy, does no one vote there proxy's, is everyone scared to rock the boat and maybe see there share price drop.? What about the guys with large shareholdings , are they so scared of management " not having the proper incentment, to try and increase shareholder value or resigning", as to go along. Or what is it? I JUST VOTE NO TO EVERYTHING BUT THE AUDITORS, just in case somebody with some clout wants to "kick ass", perhaps it's : Hanging on in quiet desperation is the English way, time is gone, post is over, guess i'v nothing more say. |
