I heard that the jury selection for the trial is scheduled for August 31.

Children's is seeking damages for $50 million under a racketeering law.

Apparently, Disney lost a lawsuit for $4 million around a year ago to someone who was working with Disney on a Children's . At the last minute, Disney broke the contract and did their own .

If Disney loses this one they'll probably appeal, but then they might want to settle to avoid bad publicity.

Also heard that the Wall Street Journal and Business Week are planning stories about this.
