Joe, you really did not answer the question, possibly because I did not make it clear enough, so I'll try again. Your statement about more patents in the pipeline implies that there is more development activity being patented. Your substantiation merely referres to cumulative patents. Does not show what they were for or when filed. Have they done any material product development since Loius D left? It might be terminology. In the biotech arena, "in the pipeline refers to items in pre-clinical, ind or clinical trial phases. What did you mean by "in the pipeline"? Scott
