I hope you will agree that your scenario, although possible, is unlikely. My scenario goes like this:

The merger occurs in the next few weeks. The value for AVIA will be higher than $2 because investors will see the assets for AVIA in their financial report and add this value to POKR's value. At the same time, the management will release news of acquisitions because in Forhan's words, the merger has "greatly accelerated the implementation of our business plan through the acquisition of travel-related companies." All of these events will capture investor enthusiasm and the stock value for the New Company will climb above $4. Now the stock is listed on the NASDAQ small cap and institutional buying will boost the price higher.

Obviously, I have a lot of faith in Integrated Marketing Professionals, a.k.a Casino Airlink, Inc. Who knows if this is what will happen, but Forhan IMO is a good CEO and I take him at his word for whatever statements he has made. I believe he is going to take his already successful company and grow it for both his own and his investors' benefit. Prior to the merger with AVIA, POKR was undervalued based on its fundamentals. Depending on the conversion rate to AVIA, the POKR value will be a minimum of $.62/share. If AVIA remains stuck at its current level, then arguably the POKR value may be twice this minimum.
