If you click on the name of the person in the list Yahoo gives you it tells you that person's relationship with the company and his/her total remaining stake in the company! In the case of Van Oppen it says: Total remaining shares in the company = 242! But anyway, management's lack of confidence in their own work is besides the point! The

The points you brought up with regard to the fundamentals of ADIC are all valid and those are the facts that continue to make me listen to my own ego (as explained in my previous post) to Not admit that this has been a very bad investment! Thus it is because of those cheap fundamental data (e.g P/S, P/B, and P/E) that continue to support my optimisim and high hopes for the future of this company.

Van Oppen and his friends who control the company and their lack of confidence in their own work is of course something that continues to worry me a lot!
