Judy,

One little note about that tool.. it takes last sell on the option, then calculates the B/S pricing.. so there might be a few options that didnt sell the last hour of trading, and they might seem undervalued. One would have to look up on the CBOE or another vehicle to see what the bid/ask is..

Like on my Jan 100 on MSFT, the last sell was a full 1/2 point below what the current bid is..

So on DELL I would keep to the +/- 20 points of its current price. Those positions are likely to be most accurate..

Undervalued options are in the negative.. overvalued are positive..

What is your take as to why the pricing difference?

When DELL was in the 80's area for a few weeks, the options werent puffed at all, but as the stock started to rise, the premium started to get fat..

On CMGI, you are not kidding, they were priced higher than similar DELL options, and DELL is priced high. After the fall last week what are your plans for CMGI?
