Actually Knight,

Qwest uses Frame Relay.. I'm not going to explain it in detail,
you can go to the following site for in-depth information, but
as a contractor for Qwest, I was provisioning their Frame Relay
network.

Maybe in the future that will change, but for now, they are using
Frame Relay and supporting ATM, IP and voice on two switching
platforms, Ascend (cascade)500/9000 and Newbridge 36120/36170.
