I have an idea for you and your fellow dealers.

File a lawsuit against the DP Enterprises and as part of that
suit there will be a process called discovery. That is where
you are able to get information from DP, such as the records
of DP. One thing you will be able to request is the names
of all the dealers. This way, you will be able to contact
each and every one of them.

You should know this if you have an attorney. There are way too many holes in your logic for me to take you seriously. The obvious question then is whats your motive. As you say its to get the word out to other dealers. You must be either lying or mentally impaired if you think this is the way to accomplish that.
