*CHARTS UPDATED** I don't have much time this week but 3 charts have been updated. The Summation Index rally stopped right at previous support (now resistance) and appears ready to resume its decline. The Bonds and the Dollar are at critical points in my opinion. Notice especially the trendline on the Dollar. Bears close watching this week. The Russell 2000 (poor thing) looks to have broken a key area. It needs a good rally this week to prevent the technicals from really getting very weak. Sorry for the rush this time. pw1.netcom.com Claud
