Thanks for your comments about the last message, but try reading what was written and not what you think was written. That has always been a problem with the nays here on SI. It appears to me that they read into things that are not written and then make wild claims about what they think was written and when!

I never said that I had $400,000 in RMIL! I said that I have a $400,000 (approx.) tax loss from the stock market. Show me were I wrote it was for RMIL! It has nothing to do with RMIL, as I did not claim RMIL as a tax loss, and I may have to claim it as a capital gain next year or next. This stock alone may wipe that tax loss off the books.

Forget the form 15c-211. Other shareholders and I want RMIL to stay shut down until an audited 10KSB is completed and filed with the SEC. We all know that a 15c-211 means nothing compared to a 10K, and you should also. That is also something the shorts are trying to stop (the 10K). When RMIL reopens, the shorts know that we RMIL longs have won!

And you are right. The SEC knows that I have not lied to them in my official response to them.

Y'know Riley, that was probably one of the best posts you've even made. Honestly.

And if there were something to this squeeze, Morgan and Breton would be pulling out all the stops to sell this material point to all potential merger candidates. And I would imagine for a man who traded $8 million through his accounts last year AND who holds a $400,000 position in the stock, it should be a simple manner to assist this company in complying with 15c2-11 all by his lonesome self.... But then again, maybe you're not so confident yourself are you??...<vbg>

As for your brokerage statements, only you and the SEC truly know if you fully complied with the terms of the subpoena. If you haven't then you will answer for that.
