Hi Ram, CMND is hiring both permanent employees and consultants. I do not know the breakdown. Your $100K figure for an employee might be a little high IMO--due to your fringe benefit quote of $30K. The $100K cost per employee may still be a good ballpark estimate. An email to their web site might be an effective way of getting some of our questions answered. It seems to me that any new contracts they sign will be a lot more complex because they are now project managers, responsible for the implementation of the project/system, not just providing bodies. Hopefully, they are employing high caliber people to write the proposals and contracts, negotiate the contracts, etc. The question is whether their senior management is capable of running the Company wisely.
