Big Picture - These stocks are Value Line 1 & 2 , RS in X, have BSL and last signal a Buy. (Previous group was on a buy also. I forgot to mention it). This list is sorted by 1) Sector Bullish Percent 2) Group 3) Ticker If there is a "1" in the flag column, it meets your growth/PE criteria. The first twenty stocks with flag =1 are thus "VL1&2MF1JULY98" In order to gauge the effect of the PE and Growth attributes, we can create a second 20 stock portfolio that simply takes the first twenty stocks listed below. The one problem with that approach is that the control group would be overweighted with healthcare stocks. Here's what we will do - The control group can only have three stocks from the same sector. IDXX, OCR etc would thus be eliminated from the control group.
