I tend to agree with you. I repeatedly received phone calls from the island of Cyprus (they said) urging me to send them at least $5000 to open an account to buy ERHC when it was around $5 last year. It felt boiler-roomish to me though I liked what I heard. I'm glad I didn't buy when I look at the price today.
