Russia is selling another stake in Svanest..(sp?),
the company that has 50% of ROS. I think this is happening in the first half of August. According to a post on the Yahoo thread, ROS is going to be allowed to acquire a middleman in the privatization.
Also, with Telebras being split up this week, that should put an emphasis on foreign telecoms like ROS.
