There is no question nor contest, SI is both Leader and Standard Bearer when it comes to Postings, Information, Thread Layout and Design.
SI is also more civilized than yahoo, to say the least. On SI, you will get annoying stock bashers. But on Yahoo, their basher will say every nasty, filthy, dirty word imaginable with nothing being done, and the posting not removed.
On several occasions, I have seen the most foul and nasty language said, that you can call another human being posted again and again on yahoo.
IMO, until Yahoo stops the foul language, it will never be ranked in the same class as the prestigious Silicon Investor.
Also, posters on SI are perceived to be more knowledgeable than all others. Noticed the number of times SI is referred to on other boards.
