Waiting for Numbers from the company? Hmmm. I'm waiting to find out how many of the PP. shares issued had the option to go to Pfrd as some did!!!!!!! If there are shares out there that are held by anyone who made the first investment in the company under a PP. could you post and let me know if you were offered the option to have your shares placed under the Pfrd issue should one have been granted? The key to a issue like this would be a dividend, special vote's at board meetings, Less floating stock on the street to short. Would a pfrd issue become one that could be borrowed aginst v/s common? can you have a stock splitt on pfrd issue in reverse from say 10 to 1 with out the common and make the value 10 times greater? would that not make a class of stock that some will or could wish to invest in over the common? hmmm lot's of questions. Sorry to ah, take up your time with these, yet what if, or if what? hmmmm. Regards, Jim....
