Shareholders need to voice their opinion more, that's for sure. But by the time you vote on anything serious, it's usually too late. Nonetheless, this shouldn't discourage investors from voicing their concerns. IMO, and I've learned it the VERY hard way, buy quality. Next time I phone the Pres. of one of these little Companies I'm going to find out who they are. If they fail to clearly and concisely communicate their previous successes, or I can't validate them, I'm steering clear. Since most investors don't even call the Company, I'd say stick to the mutual funds. I wish I had. JT
