Dear Poisontaster, No, I can't cite the docket numbers the way you can, but then again, I don't work for CCI. Thanks for the additional information, though. The two court cases on behalf of the ex-CCI dealers I referred to were handled by the law offices of (1)Palmieri Tyler Wiener Wilhelm & Waldron, and (2)Robinson and Robinson. I have spoken to attornies at both offices, and they have no reason to invent cases in which they cannot collect judgments for their clients. I have included these because they are cases that I know about; I don't mean to suggest that there aren't others. I will append any new information I come across to future posts. When the forthcoming class-action suit against Mr. Piercy (if he's not already in Mexico by then)is set in motion, I'll post information about that too. BTW: Who is Delia?
