What is the nature of your disciplinary/regulatory information on the NASDR data base?

Also, I'm somewhat confused about the relationship between M&M Group and Struthers and SRAD. As I understand it from the public filings, SRAD was created via a reverse merger with Rose International, Inc. (formerly DYES), a majority-owned subsidiary of M&M Group Inc. (a Nevada corporation, apparently private).

However, other public filings indicate that Struthers Industries (SIIS/STRU) held a majority interest in Rose International.

Could you clarify the corporate holding structure?
