1. Carafe is listed with NSF for reducing Giardia/Cysts. Only gravity flow carafe presently in the retail market channel that can make this claim. They are not using hollow fibers but a special paper. The lack of head pressure allows them to make a claim like this.

2. Their faucet mount now is listed with NSF to reduce VOC's. Once again, they have the only faucet mount in the retail channel that can make this claim.

3. Brita is selling to carafe filters, at retail, for $15. REIN has a technology lead over Brita but will never have a marketing edge unless they are bought out. Usually marketing wins out. MSFT products are not as good as many other companies but they have deeper pockets and a better marketing strategy. Is it legal, we will see.

4. This stock is impossible to predict. I do think the company will be bought out, therefore, it is probably worth more than $20 a share.
