Artoo-Detoo: Why do you use a free member trial offer to give these comments? If you were serious about this company and your contributions to this discussion, you would have paid your subscription fee. The entire oil and gas industry is depressed because of the price of oil. This will be corrected, and even before that will the share price of ERHC. You fail to recognize this important fact. At least, rather going under, there are investors with positive feeling about ERHC (unlike you) that they are investing in this company. You clearly see that from the S1/A filing. May be you are not aware of this fact: ERHC will not use the line of credit from Kingsbridge, and you with your great insight of this sector, figure out why? By the way, company producing about 5,000 BOPD (you should know what this mean)are trading at over $3-5 per share. So, if ERHC management can acquire properties that can each produce thousand's of BOPD, don't complain about how they reward themselves. You and I and Others, as shareholders, should be thankful for the efforts of management. I am sure we will see more good news in the near future.
