ED - excellent suggestion - They are doing that with the insider from that SW Ontario company where the insider sold his shares 11 days before the quarterly Dismal results came out and the share price droppes like a rock - He has to buy back the shares he sold at the prices he sold them at. I forget the company - The story is about 2-3 weeks old.

Why have the retribution to the Securities commissions??? They were not scammed - In a court of law If you defrauded me and I won a suit - you would have to pay me back the amount of the fraud and likely pay fines on top of that. - Why not the same here. It is a pathetic slap on the wrist - I will not read the article in the globe until tomorrow if it was in yesterday's paper - It is at work
