Chad, you seem to have been a big supporter of the company in the last few months, I was wondering if you could comment on the following:

1) How did the Rocketeers get involved in this stock? Are you familiar with their track record?

2) Could you comment on the following taken from the company SEC filings:

"The Registrant has previously reported that net sales for the quarter ended December 31, 1997 and December 31, 1996 were $35,157 and $1,206, respectively, and that net losses applicable to common stockholders for such periods were $.0012 and $.0254 respectively. While the Registrant currently is unable to estimate net sales and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 1998, the Registrant has no reason to believe that trends for such quarter will not continue."

3) Where did the company state in its news release as you claim that the stock is now worth $10.00?

4) Who are Omni Capital and Lance Fortt who received 150,000 shares each for what appears to be investor relations services?

5) If indeed these people provide IR services, then with Billington (who received 100,000 shares) and Hindsight and Investor Relations of Mayfair in London there are 5 (five, cinq, cinquo) groups providing IR services. Isn't it a bit much? Why so many IR groups?

6) Cavalry has the market cap stuff all wrong. The current market cap according to SEC filings is approximately $45 million (14,6 million shares outstanding)(forgetting all the cheap options for a second...$0.325) times market cap. Am I right?

7) Small floats with lack lots of cheap stock around is scary. Isn't it?
