ESVS is NASDAQ listed. ZULU is OTCBB. Around August 15th they're supposed to combine into one company. There will be some sort of conversion ratio in regards to the stocks. We're not sure what that will be yet as it is supposed to be based upon the value of each stock on the day of the conversion. In any case, since Zulu-tek is obviously beginning to be recognized as a competitor to DCLK it is speculated that the combination of the NASDAQ listing with Zulu-tek technology and marketing should make the stock worth much more.
