Hello Harrigan
I am just a user of computers, I'm am not a technical person with
them. I carry this little notebook in a case and am very careful
with it. I wish I knew how it crack, if for any reason I knew I
did something to cause this I would not have a problem paying to
get it fixed. We own three other computers and felt for my business
this notebook would come in handy, I know how to treat a notebook,
and very excited when I got the compag, it is the first compaq we
own. As for the battery, I use it very little, that could of cause
it I don't know, I know also people don't want to here what customers
have to say uneast its good. The way people just acting on this thread, the company must feel the same way.
