Dr. Dave: Could you clarify something for me. If MAC should find a buyer for its 51% in the Bumbat Mill for say $1M at current prices, will the buyer then be liable for the further $1M or so that MAC still has to contribute toward the Bumbat Mill to keep that 51% share? Do all potential buyers have notice of MAC's unpaid contribution to the Bumbat Mill? I'm just trying to figure out if a buyer could pay MAC's asking price and then expect to take over the 51% free-and-clear. If MAC does find a buyer, won't you have to then go after that party to see if they will pay the remainder of the contribution OR will take a reduced interest in the Bumbat Mill? I guess what I'm asking is: how does MAC selling its share of the Mill help MGR's situation?
