Why not?

Because what per share number would be fair to a new guy trading 200 share blocks, and a guy like you trading 1000 shares?

At .02/share, my commission would by $4; great for me, but probably a little tough on the broker. Your commission would be $20, which you might even think is a little high.

On another issue, what does MB (or CyberBroker) do for the customer when a fill is slow? Or are there never slow fills?
