The stock price is not moving because the merger is joining two companies short on cash that have to keep selling stock to keep the companies running. At the meeting Bob stated that their accounts payable were all caught up. My question is for how long? Selling stock for cash now is a lose/lose situation for current investors. Their shares are diluted and the stock price inches lower as the people who buy the placements below market price dump it for an instant gain. Too bad it is not feasable to let current shareholders buy it in the hopes that they would hold it.

It would be nice to see the cash flow on the company and see if it is getteing better. Does anyone know?
