Yes Miles, I do agree with you that falsifying information such as the value of furniture can not be found by reading the balance sheet. There is a wide area of credibility allowed in applying a value to a desk inherited by acquiring a Co. The new accounting will place a value on that desk and carry it forward into future reports. It does allow room for manipulation. Sergio
