Aside from what has already been mentioned, I think one of the biggest problems with the Yahoo Boards is the ease with which someone can have multiple signatures (I think up to five). I know there are people out there having conversations with themselves trying to manipulate certain stocks. I know this could also be done here but when you're talking $200 a shot it is less likely.

Until Yahoo does something to curb this practice, the credibility of the entire board will be in question.
