Let's assume that AMD ships the $4-5M K6's this quarter and loses $100M after tax rebate (quite likely IMHO), I find it difficult to see how Intel meets earnings forecasts and the stock will drop.

Frankly AMD can go on losing money for another 12 months easily while K7 and Dresden ramp. In 99 they could be running at 5-10M/QTR capacity for k6/k7.

There will be more than AMD's blood on the streets IMHO.
