Margin credits:
They don't have such a term on the C. Schwab account,
but I have a few months now of margin interest charged
with a positive cash balance. The market value of the
short position is subtracted from the cash balance and if it
is debit, then margin interest is deducted on that amount.
So if I had $5,000 cash and went short by $5,000, I'd be
holding $10,000 cash and wouldn't pay interest until the short
value rose to $10,000.
