Joe, it says nothing about when they were filed & what they cover. This is a material issue since Louis D. alleges that he holds the patents for later work that was done on PIC. Is NPCT continuing to develop the product? Do they have the R&D staff capable of doing it? I don't know the answer, but since they are obviously not in the good graces of Loius D. either they have brought in some other expertise, or that statement was meant to imply that they were. I think its a material issue, but then I could be totally clueless. Scott
