tbonenyc, I don't think it's any secret that the reason I didn't short FIBRD is because it was listed as non-marginable at both of my brokers on Friday. I posted that here. Message 5303197

I don't recall commenting on Par's promise or not to buy shares, I don't believe I was aware that he had promised to buy shares. Regardless, he let those shares be taken in a so called "margin call". If you don't mind the subterfuge, then I suppose your in the right company.

You have been railing about investing in this company "too soon" since before I left the Yahoo! thread. Since the stock is only a few ticks away from it's 104 week low, I guess you were too soon as well. Actually, the reality is that never is too soon to invest with this company. I recall you telling me that the stock simply wasn't a good short sell at 15 (split adjusted, of course). Looks like you were wrong.
