Paul,

Please show me where in my post I in any way, shape, or form blamed JD for market risks? I've made money on PMRX, and sold most of my stock with a modest profit at $14. The shares I still hold will also be sold for a profit, if the stock doesn't drop below $9 when I do sell. At the time that I sold most of my holdings, I understood all the possible ramifications of my actions, and since JD hadn't given a sell of any kind on PMRX, I get to take the credit or blame for it.

I completely understand that the dynamics of the deal have changed... one of the things that gave me reason to sell was the fact that it seemed to be taking a long time to consummate the deal... making me thing there might have been some government problems that could scuttle it. Plus I had another stock that looked like a much better place for near and long term growth.
