Kash,

I thought that MOT was developing very low permitivity "aerogel" dielectrics. I'm sure that this technology is part of their cross license agreement. I think the push to copper at 0.18u is more related to cost and gaining experience than anything else. I would hope that they would get experience with copper at a dimension where it is not critical, before moving on to one where it is.
