I admit to being guilty of quibbling about language, but hey in other contexts people pay me a lot of money to do this, so it is hard to just turn it off. In general, I find many small companies' (tech and otherwise) press releases to be lacking in clarity (frequently) and accuracy (less often, but too frequently).

My two biggest problems with this company are (1) it sounds great to me, but I can't understand why I can't find any evidence of such a relatively big project (considering the size of the country), and (2) if the Belize deal falls through, I am not sure the company will recover. Re. the second point, if the deal falls through, I don't care what great things PRWT has going on in other countries and with IT, possible shareholder lawsuits and govt. action based on the 7/8 PR could devestate the company.

Having said that, yes I realize most penny stocks are called that for a reason and there is a great risk in investing in any penny stocks, no matter how much DD one does. As I posted before, I did try to buy around 100k shares last week, but didn't get filled at my limit price. The price dropped below my limit price, but I still didn't get filled (all or nothing). If I could find evidence of the Belize deal, I would certainly buy at least as much this coming week.

Re. PRWT's legal counsel, not planning on calling them or anything, just trying to get a better feel for the company and who it chooses to represent it.

Curious to see what, if anything, the opposition paper has to say about this controversy.
