I dont know I guess we will have to figure out a way to hype and short lotto tickets, also we need to figure out a way stock brokers can sell them at $XX a pop and MMs deal in them, shoot we might even be able to whip up some Reg S rules and Reverse splits to apply to them also. That should make all the penny stock investors happy.

The Lotto m/m are the corresponding State governments, and the equivalent to the brokers, probably are the Lotto agencies, or perhaps the school districts that benefit from the Lotto.

As to hype.... nah, they do not need it they have a monopoly.

Each respective State government "morality" says it all....

They demonize Internet based [in the tax free Caribbean] Lotto outfits, by saying that they are going to make the [poor irresponsible] participant spend all their money in these "scams of the Internet", therefore they must stop this bad guys from doing so, they must "protect" the public from their own selves.

At the same time, they promote their own Lotto. (Not to mention the fact that the bb [flea] stock market is allowed to exist).

No wonder they will pass all those laws against Internet gaming, you see, State governments claim that they do not like these outfits because they are "thieves and criminals in disguise"... truth be told, is that government does not like competition. [in the fleecing business.]
