September may indeed be a great month, especially if we see financials, developments on the Sea Eye Project and FDA approval on the Tracker. We could see a string of news that could send it rockin up. If on top of that we get some deal like the $50 mill deal hinted at on the Tracker, that would be icing on the cake. $1 would not unrealistic in the least if (big if) all these developments were to occur.
