I got a great idea, why don't you fax it to him so he can sign it and fax it back to you? Let us know when you've completed your one simple singular mission in contacting MTEI for the first time. Next time I speak with him, I'll ask if he's received it. Btw, you might want to change the wording a bit. I didn't say the current land had $200 million. I said the land (as per the negotiated deal) will have assets of $200 million .... And if by some minute chance it doesn't, more land will be added until the $200 million figure is reached. The deal was for a minimum of $200 million in assets through deeded properties that are free and clear.
