I haven't seen these around in a while, but I'll bet they still exist somewhere. They look like ordinary toilet paper. You put them on the roller just like any TP. Looks like a full roll. After the outside sheets are removed, you're left with a very wide diameter cardboard tube and no paper. You get enough paper on the outside to maybe cover a shaving nick. Works great when there's no one within earshot to find another roll.
