Emile,

<<Do you really believe God continues to bless them spiritually in the last 2000 years>>

No, not spiritually. I believe wholeheartedly as you do that all people regardless of nationality MUST be saved by Christ and no other way.

Nationaly I still see Israel being blessed and Gods mercy is evident in that it exists today. I believe that Jewish people must come to Christ for salvation but I see Gods' hand on their nation.

I do not pretend expertise in Judaism, my studies have been directed towards faiths that claim to be Christian yet preach another gospel.
I have seen far to many people clinging blindly to church doctrine rather than going to the word of God and even being told not to read their bible.

At "Christian" churches I have had people ask me "what do you mean born again?" or "how can you possibly say anyone can know they're going to heaven, isn't that pretty vain?"

These are places where Christ is spoken yet the simple way of salvation beginning with repentance is not known let alone preached.
Yet under the guise of Christianity! Where lies the greater evil.
One professes Christianity and is not and people go into an eternity not knowing the Saviour.
The other honours the law and denies Christ.
People perish either way by clinging to tradition.

Regarding the Balfour Declaration Nov. 1917 Great Britain honoured a promise made to the Jews of a homeland in Palestine which had belonged to Turkey and was placed under British control in 1923.
The British divided Palestine between Arab and Jew. Jewish immigration was stopped eventually.
In 1938 the Jews were denied permission to enter Palestine by the British and many ended up in concentration camps.
When Israel was formed on May 14, 1948 Britain opposed the Jewish State, backed the Arabs, disarmed the Jews, and British officers were staffed on the Transjordan Arab Legion. (The Fall & Rise of Israel- by Hull)
As I see it Britain started to support Israel then blatantly opposed them. Up until then Britain boasted that the sun never set on their empire but things have changed now since their dealings with Israel after what I perceive as a betrayal not friendship to that nation.

Again I am distinguishing between God blessing the nation of Israel and not blessing Judaism.

Emile, if my history needs honing please give me the references. I do not believe that we are at odds on the spiritual issue.
Salvation is by Christ and only Christ not lineage.

God bless you,

John
