Are you sure about the 41% cash figure? The striking difference with what was there as of 3/31/98 is that their cash went up by around 10%, and their 10% holding in 2 direct investments in Vietnam has disappeared. This implies the Vietnam investments have been sold, which is probably for the best considering the bargains cropping up elsewhere in S.E. Asia.
