Hi almat: Opportunities are everywhere. There is indeed increased risk and frustration in OTC stocks. However, I've made significant gains with this type of stock. In the case of Footmaxx, they have four ingredients I look for. First- they seem to have a legitimate, marketable product. Second- they are generating revenue and are showing a major growth pattern. Third- they have already raised operating capital. Fourth- the management team seems seasoned and professional.
That said, I personally wouldn't invest all or most of my portfolio in OTC stocks but there are opportunities here, and I think this is one of them.
